What is the age range for conference attendance?
All conference participants must be between 12--23 years old.

Why such a large age range. Don't these groups have different issues?
Although the age range seems broad, the general workshop topics and speakers have been selected based on their ability to bridge the entire age span. There will, however, be certain break-out sessions based on age. And, believe it or not Parents & Chaperones are bound to learn a thing or two as well!

Can I drop my daughter off at the Conference and come back and pick her up?
No, All conference participants under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult female parent, guardian, or chaperone age 25 or older. (Please refer to chaperone requirements on the registration form.) You may choose to send you child as a part of an organized group; or, you may chose to partner with other parents and allow one parent to assume responsibility for multiple teens. The name of the Parent or Chaperone must be listed on each teens registration form. Unfortunately, no one under age 18 will be allowed inside the conference unless there is a parent or chaperone present.

What is the dress attire for the conference?
We ask that participants wear modest, comfortable clothing which may include jeans, slacks, skirts, dresses, etc. However, participants should not wear shorts, uncovered tank tops or halter tops, short skirts or extremely tight fitting clothing. Also, no clothing with obscene or offensive wording is allowed. Participants should wear bras and proper undergarments, and no undergarments (including thongs) should be readily visible. Conference Staff reserves the right to deny entry to anyone improperly dressed. For those participating in the pajama sleepover (not all cities) modest pajamas and robes are expected.

What do the registration fees cover?
Registration, Workshops, Meals/Snacks, Prizes & Giveaways.

Are Parents and Chaperones required to register and pay to attend the conference?
Yes, parents and chaperones must register and pay to attend the conference at the reduced rate stated. Registration fees cover meals and other related conference expenses.

Is there an "early-bird" discount for registering early?
No, there is no early-bird registration period for the Conference.

Is there a group discount?
Yes, please see the registration form for applicable discounts. However, group discounts will only be honored when ALL registrations are received and paid for at the same time. The discount will not extend to individual registrations sent in separately, or at a later date.

Are men or teen boys allowed to attend the conference?
No, adult men, nor teen boys will be allowed inside during the conference. This restriction has been put in place in order to provide a comfortable setting where our speakers can "Keep It Real," remove the possible distractions that teen boys pose for conference participants, and create a non-threatening atmosphere where the participants can feel comfortable learning and asking questions.
