What are DIVAS?
According to the dictionary, a DIVA is either: An arrogant or uncooperative person who’s not a “team player” and doesn’t like to follow directions; or, she’s a glamorous and successful female.

If we asked you to close your eyes for a minute and picture a DIVA......
Chances are you’d probably envision a girl that’s all Glam’ed up in some trendy, strapless, backless, belly & thigh revealing outfit, dripping with BLING and strutting down the red carpet, arm and arm with some Hot Hollywood Hunk, cameras flashing and ALL EYES ON HER.

And, if we asked you to name a DIVA......
Chances are you’d probably name a handful of Hollywood’s or the Music Industry’s latest “IT” girls.

Well we’re sorry to inform you but both the Dictionary and Pop Culture have gotten it all WRONG! From this day forth, we decree and declare that YOU are the true essence and perfect picture of what a DIVA is! For we define a DIVA as a Daughter of Integrity Virtue and Spirituality.

Who are the Conference Speakers?
Conference Speakers Vary By Location, but one key speaker remains constant:

Tymira Williams Mack
Positive Choices Exec. Director
Inspirational Speaker and Author of “The List: Every Girl Has A Story She Must Someday Be Woman Enough to Tell.”

Author and Inspirational Speaker Tymira Williams Mack is a lay Christian Minister with a decidedly contemporary flair. A once extremely promiscuous teen, Tymira is genuine and open about the moral and ethical struggles that she faced in life, and cautionary about the consequences of making inappropriate choices.

Tymira is the founder and Executive Director of Positive Choices, a South Florida based youth empowerment organization; she’s the creator of the DIVA’s Keeping It Real Young Ladies Empowerment Conference; and, she’s penned 2 inspiring memoirs – The LIST and Love and the Affair – and, The DIVA’s One-Year Keepsake Journal, a weekly inspirational journal for teen girls.

As the humble visionary behind the DIVA’s tour, Tymira’s easy-going, down to earth style and commitment to transparency in ministry has shaped what is destined to become a life-changing event for millions of teens.

With a prophetic promise from God, Tymira has refused to subscribe to the notion of “a lost generation”; and instead, has invited a host of phenomenal women to join her in “taking off the mask” and “Keepin’ It Real.”
